Trash and Recycling Date Changes for Christmas and New Years Weeks


During both Christmas week and New Year’s week trash and recycling service will be delayed for one day for all trash and recycling customers whose trash or recycling day is normally on Tuesday, (Purple Zone), Wednesday (Red Zone), Thursday (Blue Zone) or Friday (Yellow Zone). 

  • No schedule changes for those who normally have their trash or recycling  picked up on Monday’s.
  • Those who normally have their trash or recycling picked up on Tuesday will have their trash or recycling picked up on Wednesday, December 26th and trash only on Wednesday, January 2nd.
  • Those who normally have their trash or recycling picked up on Wednesday will have their trash or recycling picked up on Thursday, December 27th and trash only on Thursday, January 3rd.
  • Those who normally have their trash or recycling picked up on Thursday will have their trash or recycling picked up on Friday, December 28th and trash only on Friday, January 4th.
  • Those who normally have their trash or recycling picked up on Friday will have their trash or recycling picked up on Saturday, December 29th and trash only on Saturday, January 5th.

Please have your trash polycarts at the curb ready for pick-up no later than 6:00 am on your day of trash pick-up.

Please have your recycling polycarts at the curb ready for pick-up no later than 7:00 am on your day of recycling pick-up.

 

 

 

 

New Trash and Recycling Zones

Power Outages


Power outages occur regularly during springtime, and occasionally throughout the rest of the year. Please call your local electric company to report the outage. You will find the name of your electric company on your electricity bill. Please do not call 911 unless it is an emergency.
