I have a shop building, do I need a separate installation?

You need to ask the contractor as it depends on many different factors such as distance etc.  If you need two, they may put them both in the same trench.




Will this be internet and TV?

At this time, our service is going to focus on the internet.  Many people are watching TV over their internet connections.

 




How soon will all this happen?

We will be working on this ASAP.  However, depending on the weather and other factors, it will be difficult to give an exact time.

 




Does the Tuttle Fiber person need access to the inside of my house?

Yes, the Tuttle Fiber person will need to run the cable inside your house to our modem.

 




Will the cable be buried?

Yes, the cable will be trenched into your yard.  We will try to disrupt your lawn as little as possible.

 




Can I change my plan once I start the service?

Yes, you can change your plan if you find you need a different speed




Where can I find out the cost?

On our website, you will see that the cost depends upon which speed you choose.

Do I have to buy my own modem?

No, we will provide the modem.

 




Why is there an installation charge?

Fiber to the home is very expensive.  That is the reason most larger companies will not service areas like Tuttle.  Our homes are spaced far apart.

 




When will my billing start?

Your billing will not start until you start receiving internet service.

 




What if I want to keep my current provider?

You are not required to stop your current service or to connect to the Tuttle Fiber System.




What if I want my outside box connected to a location clear to the back of my house or shop?

You will want to visit with the contractor.  If it requires more cable or time, you will be charged only for the extra time and materials.

 




What if I did not pre-register, and now I see the contractor in my neighborhood, can I still get the internet service?

Yes, however, we will be serving all those who pre-registered first.  It may be possible that if the crew is right next door, they may be able to serve you quicker.




Can I move the flags to mow?

Yes.  However, please wait until you are ready to mow.  If the paint is still visible, please replace the flag.  If the paint is not visible, then please throw the flag away.
